Here’s the boring, but necessary part

Please allow 48 hours to cancel or alter any appointments to avoid a 50% charge

We will take a deposit of approximately 50% of the appointment value at the time of booking. If the appointment is altered or canceled less than 48 hours prior we will retain this deposit.  This is to help to protect the business and our stylists income.  If we are given more than 48 hours we will move the deposit to your next appointment or offer a full refund

To cancel please email castlegate@khhair.Co.uk or call the salon on 0115 9472332. Social media messages and voice messages will not be accepted for cancellations (we are sometime not available to take these messages of out of salon hours)

We offer free consultations with our stylists where we can discuss your hair goals and perform any strand or skin test necessary

Whilst all our team take every precaution possible to protect your clothing and care for your jewellery we recommend the removal of articles that may be damaged.  Occasionally clothing may get damaged with colour etc.  whilst we do our best to protect this it is not our responsibility if there is any damage.  Please consider the clothing you wear to the salon especially if having a colour service .. we don’t want to cause any damage to your treasured items!

We want you to love your hair! If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact our front of house team within 7 days of your appointment. We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, correct it.

If you have simply changed your mind about the service you originally requested, we are happy to make alterations where possible. Please note that additional charges may apply to cover the extra time and product used.

If you choose to visit another salon to make adjustments or corrections, we will not be able to offer further corrections, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
