I began hairdressing  the age of 17, shortly after completing my training I opened a KH Hair salon in Leeds.  After 9 years I moved back to my home town when the opportunity to buy the Nottingham salon arose.

I completed the Wella Master Colour Award in 2004 and this enables me to consult with my salon colour experts about my ideas and client needs.

I am a previous member of the KH Hair Art Team which gave me the opportunity to work with some of the industries finest hairdressers, clothes stylists and photographers. I also worked on stage for The Fellowship at Salon International, Hosted educational seminars for Wella in Manchester and London in advanced barbering for the rest of the industry and travelled to Los Angeles and Italy for Sebastian creative team.

I enjoy leading my team and the success that it brings. Our teams have won awards for Wella Trend Vision and we are regular finalists for British Hairdressing Business Awards and the British Hairdressing Awards which we won in 2018  We have trainees that have won National Wella Competitions and have achieved numerous awards at our annual KH Awards including Salon of the Year several times, customer service, front of house, trainee awards and retail awards. I am so proud of each and every member of my team!
